Managed monitoring, investigation, and technical follow-through from Main Street Web Developer.

What All Plans Have In Common
- Manual review of fit and setup requirements before coverage is fully turned on
- A guided onboarding step so I can collect access details and operational context cleanly
- Monitoring and diagnostics configured to fit the site, client value, and level of business risk
- A clear service relationship instead of “good luck, here is your dashboard”
- Standard plans do not include guaranteed after-hours human response unless separately arranged in writing
What Onboarding Looks Like
-
1Choose the closest plan and send the request
-
2Share the site, host, DNS, Cloudflare, and access details during onboarding
-
3I review fit, confirm what coverage is included now, what is conditional, and what would be an add-on
-
4I turn on the agreed monitoring and review path once the setup is clear
Onboarding starts with human review so coverage matches the actual site, access, and business risk instead of forcing every environment into the same checklist.
Important Service Boundaries
- Reliability packages include monitoring, automated alerting, investigation during standard response hours, and scheduled reporting.
- After-hours means any time outside the standard response hours defined for the client service agreement. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, nights, early mornings, weekends, holidays, and other unavailable periods are treated as after-hours.
- After-hours response, phone escalation, overnight incident handling, emergency remediation, and guaranteed response outside standard response hours are available only by separate arrangement and may require separate pricing, escalation rules, and response expectations.
- Response time is when investigation begins, not a promise that the issue will already be fixed.
- Remediation, WordPress maintenance, and backup work are not automatically included just because monitoring exists.
- Anything that depends on platform access, admin credentials, client-owned licenses, or provider-specific tooling may be conditional.
Critical sites can get a more serious operating model
For sites where downtime, broken forms, or frontend failures create immediate business risk, the standard package can be expanded with premium after-hours response, phone escalation, emergency remediation scope, multi-site rollout, and deeper reporting once the environment and access are clear. Those expectations are defined separately in writing.

Clients Who Count on Steady Follow-Through
These plans exist because businesses want this kind of dependable technical partner watching their site.
A couple of years ago I attempted to bring up my web site and it was down. It was Christmas day in the evening. I sent a note to Michael telling him the site was down. My expectation was that the problem would be resolved in a couple of days. Michael resolved the problem that evening. Now that is customer service.

Reliability Plan FAQs
Straight answers to the questions that come up most before starting a plan.
What do the monthly plans actually include?
Every plan centers on monitoring, alert review, investigation, and business-hours response at the level described for that plan. Remediation work, WordPress update oversight, and backup review are not automatically included just because monitoring exists. They are conditional on access and setup, or handled as separate add-ons.
Does any plan include 24/7 emergency response?
No. Reliability packages include monitoring, automated alerting, investigation during standard response hours, and scheduled reporting. After-hours response, phone escalation, overnight incident handling, emergency remediation, and guaranteed response outside standard response hours are available only by separate written arrangement.
What is the difference between response time and resolution time?
Response time means when review or investigation begins, which is within my control. Resolution time means when the issue is actually fixed, which often depends on third parties such as hosting providers, DNS providers, Cloudflare, registrars, email providers, or plugin vendors. For that reason, response targets are not the same as fix-time guarantees.
Are WordPress updates and backups included?
Not automatically. WordPress plugin, core, and theme update oversight depends on admin access and a specific maintenance agreement. Backup review and restore testing depend on clear backup ownership and accessible tooling. Both are handled as conditional coverage or add-ons, defined per site during onboarding.
What access do you need to get started?
During onboarding I collect the site, host, DNS, Cloudflare, and other relevant access details. Wherever possible, access should be granted through your own accounts and shared-access tools. I do not take ownership or billing responsibility for client systems simply because I need access to work on them.
How do I choose the right plan?
Pick the closest plan and send the request, or ask for a reliability review first. Onboarding starts with a human review of fit, so I can confirm what coverage is included now, what is conditional on access and setup, and what would be a separate add-on, instead of forcing every site into the same checklist.
Want help choosing the closest fit before anything gets set up?
That is completely fine. The first version of this service is designed to start with clear, human review instead of pretending every site should go through a fully automated setup path.
